REFERENCE ELECTRODE

Silver/Silver chloride or Ag/AgCl elements in all Ti's CP reference electrodes are manufactured by using hybrid technique, which results in a porous silver matrix being formed around a silver wire. The matrix is then coated with precise quantities of silver chloride to ensure high stability, greater accuracy and increased life performance.

  • Minimum 20 years service life.
  • High impact ABS plastic tubes will not deteriorate in corrosive environments.
  • Size: 25.4 mm dia x 200 mm long.
  • Purity of Ag: 99.99%
  • Lead wire: custom made.
  • Stability: +/- 5 mill volts with 3.0 micro amp loads.
  • Operating temp: up to 550 C.
  • Cable with cell connection: CPCC Hybrid connection.
  • Electrodes are available as 'screw-in thread for permanent fixture by using a weld-in flange.
  • Insulated threaded brass weight assembled electrodes are to be supplied, on request.
  • 60 years service life at 1 micro amp drain.
  • High impact ABS plastic tubes will not deteriorate in corrosive environments.
  • Size: available in different sizes consist the life of 25, 20, &10 years at 1 micro amp drain.
  • Purity of Ag: 99.99%
  • Electrolyte: Inert gel with 0.5 Molar KCI
  • Lead wire: 15 M of #10 AWG - HMWPE. Other cable type & lengths are available upon request.
  • Stability: +/- 3mV over 24 hours @ 250C.
  • Operating temperature: 700 C.
  • Cable with cell connection: CPCC Hybrid connection.
  • Open end is fitted with ceramic tip assembly, to avoid the contamination of Ag/AgCl element.
